Our charges involve:

  • Number of delegates to the conference: From 10 to 200
  • Duration of the meeting: Assume 2 to 5 days
  • Delegates’ arrival: 1 day before the meeting
  • Delegates’ departure: 1 day after the meeting with a post conference ? Day or full day tour attractions of Bukoba. Longer tours including various western attractions of Lake Victoria, Uganda, Rwanda, Burundi and Lake Tanganyika can be organized separately and have a different cost.

Organising the actual conference

  1. Facilitating Conference communication between organizers and invited delegates such as sending them pre conference information e.g conference programme or other literature by e-mail, telephone or by post.
  2. Planning delegates travel to Bukoba i.e identifying means of transport and facilitating purchases of travel tickets.
  3. Facilitating through our (bankers), the payment of delegates allowances and other involved expenses.
  4. Meeting delegates on arrival in Bukoba allocating them their accommodation and facilitating all local means of attending the conference.
  5. Providing the conference facilities. Our facilities are fully equipped from flip charts to videos, multimedia projectors and translation Aid.

    (Conference moderator, rapportour and production of conference proceedings and other post conference follow up are on offer for a negotiable extra cost)
  6. We organize conference receptions (Party) and leisure tours.
