Meet the Mountain Gorillas in Uganda

There are onlya few experiences in the world more memorable and
magical than an encounter with the mountain gorillas. Bwindi Impenetrable
Forest is located in southwestern Uganda. More than half the world's population of 600 mountain gorillas reside here. Gorillas are the number 1 attraction in Uganda.

Visitors who trek should be prepared for up to 8 hours of hiking. A maximum of only 16 permits ($360 per person) per day are available for advance booking.

Gorilla Tour 3 Days, 2 Nights

Day 1: We drive from Kampala or Masaka to Bwindi, stopover in Mbarara for lunch.

Day 2: After a briefing by the ranger guide, you enter the gorilla sanctuary for your adventure. The hike starts at the place where they were spotted the day before. By following their trail you can find them. Once found, you will get the opportunity to spend one hour with the gorillas.

Day 3: Drive from Bwindi to Kampala or Masaka, stopover in Mbarara for lunch.


Prices Include: ground transportation with driver/ guide, all activities mentioned in the itinerary, gorilla permits per person, accommodation.
